Oops! Wrong Size? No Worries!

We totally get it—kids grow faster than weeds, and sizing can be tricky! If something doesn't fit quite right, we're here to help make it right.

Our Promise to You

Returns and exchanges are easy-peasy at Lily and Lincoln! We want your little ones looking adorable and feeling comfortable, so if the size isn't perfect, let's fix it together.

Starting Your Return or Exchange

Option 1: Exchange for a Different Size (Our most popular choice!) Email us at [your-email] with:
  • Your order number
  • Item name and current size
  • Size you'd like instead
We'll get a replacement shipped out ASAP and send you a prepaid return label for the original item!
Option 2: Return for Refund Email us at shoplilyandlincoln@gmail.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you're returning
  • Reason (helps us serve you better!)
We'll send you a return label and process your refund once we receive the item back.

Shipping Costs:
  • First exchange? Shipping is on us! 🎉
  • Returns for refund: Small $5.99 return shipping fee deducted from refund
  • Additional exchanges: $5.99 shipping fee applies
Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
  • Money back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Out of Stock? If we don't have the size you need in stock, we'll let you know right away and offer:
  • Full refund, or
  • Store credit for 10% more to use on something else fabulous!

Sizing Tips to Get It Right the First Time

Every brand fits a little differently (we know, it's frustrating!). Here are our insider tips:
Seersucker Joey: Runs true to size, but their smocked pieces have less stretch—size up if between sizes!
Saltwater Boys: Generous fit, especially in shorts and pants. Most moms find these run slightly large.
Vive La Fete: True to size, but their bubble rompers are snug around the diaper area—size up for chunky-thigh babies!
