Shipping Policy:

Once payment is confirmed, all orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping speed is determined at checkout. We reserve the right to opt for a different shipping carrier than what was selected, if we think it will get you your items faster.  Orders $100+ receive Free Priority Mail Ship. Any shipping fees that are necessary on returns will be the carrier of our choice.

Refund policy

We realize things dont always fit just right. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days at sales@lilyandlincoln.com and we can determine the best way to get you what you need.


To be eligible for a refund or exhange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 

Per card issuer regulations, refunds can only be made using the same card that it was originally purchased with. If this is not an option, you may receive a gift card that can be used at a later date.

Damages and issues
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of your order so that we can make it right. Please email us at sales@lilyandlincoln.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, photography issues, etc. are not considered damage.
